How long will my item take to personalise?

Please allow 5-7 working days for your personalised item to be produced.  You will receive a notification when you product is ready and is dispatched to you.  If you have an urgent enquiry or bespoke request please contact me.(javascript:void(0))

How long will my item take to deliver?

I use Royal Mail, 2nd Class to dispatch and deliver all my items. You will be notified when your item has been dispatched.

Where are you based?

I am based in Milton Keynes, in the MK4 area.  I do offer the opportunity if you are local to collect your order and not pay the delivery charge.  Simply select 'local pick up' at the check out and I will message you to make the arrangements and provide my full address.

An item I have ordered is damaged or wrong?

Please ensure that you double-check all spellings and personalisation options as I do not hold any responsibility for errors made in an order placed on this website.  If you notice that you have made an error, or if you item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at louslabels@hotmail.com (mailto:louslabels@hotmail.com)or via the contact form (javascript:void(0))on my website and I will discuss with you to rectify this.

What is your returns policy?

Should your item be faulty or arrive damaged please contact us immediately with correct proof. 
Any personalised or made to order items unfortunately do not qualify for a refund, this falls on the customer to ensure spelling and instructions are correct.
