I use Royal Mail, 2nd Class to dispatch and deliver all my items. You will be notified when your item has been dispatched.

I am based in Milton Keynes, in the MK4 area. I do offer the opportunity if you are local to collect your order and not pay the delivery charge. Simply select 'local pick up' at the check out and I will message you to make the arrangements and provide my full address.

Please ensure that you double-check all spellings and personalisation options as I do not hold any responsibility for errors made in an order placed on this website. If you notice that you have made an error, or if you item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at louslabels@hotmail.com or via the contact form on my website and I will discuss with you to rectify this.

Should your item be faulty or arrive damaged please contact us immediately with correct proof.

Any personalised or made to order items unfortunately do not qualify for a refund, this falls on the customer to ensure spelling and instructions are correct.
